Job Description
Accountabilities: Move loans from submission to clear to close in a fast and efficient manner Think outside the box and provide solutions to complicated U/W conditions and scenarios Work with Appraisal Manager and place appraisal orders Analyze loan approvals & coordinate with LOs to obtain conditions Collect documentation needed for loan approvals Analyze and accurately calculate borrower income Work with your sales team and meet closing deadlines Comprehensive understanding of guidelines on all loan types Meet turn time requirements for certain tasks Why is this role for you? Qualifications
What you bring to our winning team: 3-5 years loan processing experience required Excellent computer skills and efficiency Familiarity with financial and lending practices Individual must possess strong communication skills, excellent time management skills; and a strong focus on customer service. Ability to build rapport with clients Strong analytical and mathematical skills Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections Positive "can do" attitude Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish) Additional Information Why is this role for you?
