About the position The Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at ResultsCX is responsible for assisting customers with their home improvement projects by providing exceptional customer service. This role involves training on-site in Lakeland, FL, before transitioning to remote work. Representatives will handle online orders, coordinate delivery and installation of appliances, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients. , Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat. , Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers. , Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. , Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. , Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems. Nice-to-haves Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week. , Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL. , Ability to thrive in a social environment with networking and collaboration.
