Entry Level Operations and Customer Service Coordinator

Description: • Responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities predominantly within North America • Provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects • Plan and coordinate telecom operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency • Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots • Ensure readiness for pilots before they arrive on site • Tackle issues on the fly to maintain quality and service • Support pilots with site access or planning needs • Understand drone capabilities and airspace regulations • Maintain awareness of the telecommunications industry • Work with Quality Control team to maintain standards • Keep track of projects with daily reports using spreadsheets and software Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred • 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.) • Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and in team settings • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce • Interested in technology and the drone space • Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional customer service • A high degree of attention to detail • Relevant experience with drones, and/or photography is preferred • Familiar with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements • Ability to work independently and in a team • Exceptional computer skills including working with tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack • Project management skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and writing skills in English; ability to communicate with customers pilots, and internal teams Benefits: • Work with the leading intelligent aerial imaging company with established, successful relationships across myriad industries • Medical insurance covered up to 100% depending the plan chosen • Dental & vision insurance • Flexible time off • Stock incentive program • Work from home environment • Autonomy and upward mobility • Diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, where your voice matters Apply Job!
