Administrative Manager (Call Center Lead)
TeleSolv Consulting has a great opportunity for you to work with the Federal Government as an Administrative Manager. 100% Remote in Miami Duties / Responsibilities: Serves as the company authority virtually/on-site. Manager shall oversee and manage a team of personnel providing world-class customer service in a recruitment call center. Ideal candidates will be Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV), but it is not required. Working directly with the public, so they must be able to share approved information, respond promptly, and always be professional. Must be proficient in project management dashboard matrix and Power BI, Dashboard, Workforce Management Tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, telephony software, or example, utilization by lead refinement, training, briefings, assisting, and answering inquiries and have prior recruiting experience. Will be expected to professionally brief Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS) senior management. Minimum Requirements: U.S. Citizen. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience and a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Experience in the US Peace Corps recommended. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
