Personal Care Assistant

• *Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and ensure the well-being of clients. • *Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Monitor and report changes in client's health status - Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided • *Requirements:** - Previous experience in a healthcare setting,(preferred). Specifically, in areas such as geriatrics, outpatient clinics, or home care/home health - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients and healthcare professionals - Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others - Certification or training as a Personal Care Assistant is a plus This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care.
