This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of advertisements across Amazon's platforms, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and advertisers. Our team works in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer obsession are at the heart of everything we do.The primary responsibility of this role is to review and assess advertising content in Dutch, applying expert language knowledge and cultural understanding to ensure ads meet our high standards of quality, relevance, and compliance. We partner with various stakeholders across Amazon Advertising (including Business, Product, Tech, and Legal teams) to ensure that every ad interaction on Amazon's platforms is high-quality, relevant, and compliant with our policies. Our work directly impacts customer experience, advertiser success, and Amazon's reputation as a trusted marketplace.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSProficiency in Dutch with excellent command of EnglishStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSGood awareness of Dutch culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to customers.Bachelor's degree and/or +6 months of professional experienceKeen attention to detail and ability to make nuanced judgmentsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexibility to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.Good data evaluation and mining skillsFamiliar with internet search toolsFamiliarity with online retail (e-commerce)Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues.Ability to work in a diverse environment.Are you interested?
