Program Manager (Remote Position) MCP
Le'fant is currently seeking a Program Manager for a program that assists the VA in modernizing the disability compensation claims process by using data and human-centered design to develop insights into the current adjudication process in order to identify opportunities for business process improvement.
Requirements
A Master's Degree + 8 years of experience is required or 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. A Program Manager must have experience with diverse projects both large and small. Must be able to manage a portfolio of projects. Must be well versed in strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the program. Must be able to manage to cost, schedule and performance. Must possess at least 8 years of Project/Program Management experience with complex communications programs. Project Management Institute Project Management Professional certification is required. Must also have experience in successfully managing agencyenterprise-wide change management andor strategic communication engagements. 10+ years of project management experience Projects experience within the Department of Veterans Affairs Certified project management professional (PMP) Experience managing projects associated with the utilization of government health care data Well versed in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies Experience managing project cost and budget, identifying and managing risk, and providing oversight and executive level management to large government system implementation projects Proficient in collaborating and communicating to senior level management, stakeholders, subject matter experts, business partners, etc. Experience managing project scope on a large scale by organizing, directing, and managing contract operations involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks Le'fant is a rapidly growing CVE Certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in management consulting for the federal government.
