As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and support our mission of delivering outstanding patient care. The Role: As a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing an amazing client experience. You will manage patient interactions with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front desk activities from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, and video calls. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments using our practice management software. Verifying patient insurance details and managing billing inquiries. Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Providing information about our services and answering patient queries. Liaising with physical therapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Handling administrative tasks as needed to support the practice. Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer software and practice management systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma; further education in medical administration or similar field is a plus. Empathy and a patient-oriented approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
