As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You must reside in one of the listed states and provide your own equipment. Technical Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • Computer or laptop with updated operating system. • Noise-canceling headset. • Dedicated workspace free from distractions. Preferred Skills: • Multitasking and organizational abilities. • Experience in remote work or independent contracting. • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
