Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers (EASY selling shared co-op postcards to local small business)

• *Job Summary:** I'm hiring a salesperson for business development for a home services & marketing company in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. They will also be a hard worker who looks at problems as opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities -Expand B2B business development in Fairfax County by communicating with business owners and identifying current marketing problems & possible solutions to increase their sales. -Perform outbound calls to business owners. Setting up appointments for fellow team members to meet and close sales. -Manage print advertising products from initial phase to completion (in coordination with team members). -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. -Daily TEAMs meetings. -Weekly in-person meeting. Requirements -Valid drivers license -1 year sales experience -Strong English communication skills -Phone to contact customers. -Self starter after initial training. Ability to work with limited supervision when working on a team. Opportunity. -Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Teleworking but you must be local for weekly meetings.
