Call Center Representative - Remote Opportunity

Responsibilities: • Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. • Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs. • Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information. • Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale • Enters data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call. • Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience. Requirements: • 2 - 4 years of Call Center experience in - Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing • An upbeat personality that is driven for success • Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time • The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure • The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM • The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner • Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback • Must be results and goal-oriented • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Hours: Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses Work schedule: Monday through Friday 9.30 am through 6pm CST Technical Requirements You Must Have: • High-Speed Internet (minimum requirement 100 Mbps download) • Windows Operating System • i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred) • Printer/Scanner • Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers • USB Headset • 2nd Monitor $15 - $18 an hour We take great pride in delivering a 5 Star customer experience, quality workmanship for our customers and upholding anoutstanding work environment for our employees.
