Field Service Technician/Installer

Artesian Bottleless Water Solutions is seeking a full-time Service Technician / Installer for our Tulsa area office. •

* This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of reverse osmosis water coolers and ice machines in business environments. Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills, because we offer top notch service! Principal duties: • Professionally greet and interact with customers. • Fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings- to be the cooler installer • Complete the assigned installation, explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions. • Complete service routes in an efficient manner. • Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members. • Complete necessary paperwork. • Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment. Requirements: • Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required. • Plumbing experience preferred. • Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Some computer skills. • Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness. • Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish the job properly. • Must have customer service skills- as we treat our customers with the best service around. Physical Requirements: • Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs. • Ascending and descending ladders. • Working in small areas. • Able to use hands and power tools.
