Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant Location: Remote Reports To: Digital Marketing Specialist Job Overview We are seeking a talented and meticulous Digital Marketing Assistant to join our spirited marketing team. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to cultivate your expertise in digital marketing, creative design, and analytical assessment while contributing to meaningful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce marketing assets, such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and project objectives. • Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot. • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement rates. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop customized marketing materials. • Maintain effective communication between marketing and sales departments. • Manage leads and customer data efficiently using Salesforce. • Organize and oversee marketing files in cloud storage systems like Dropbox. • Aid in tracking and analyzing digital campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Ads. • Create reports to assess campaign performance and refine future strategies. Required Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Basic familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred. • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. • Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
