About the position The WFH Call Center Agent position is a part-time remote role focused on fundraising for non-profit organizations and progressive democratic candidates. The agent will engage with potential donors using scripts to solicit donations, process credit card gifts, and collaborate with coaches to enhance calling success. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. Responsibilities Make outbound fundraising calls using an automated dialer. , Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. , Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes. , Record the donor's personal information accurately in a computer system. , Correctly code calls. Requirements 1 year of relevant experience in fundraising or similar calling roles. , Ability to work with scripts and follow guidelines for calls. , Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Nice-to-haves Experience with inbound/outbound calls. , Knowledge of political causes and candidates. , Experience in polling, survey, or membership calls.
