Develop and deliver lessons that enhance comprehension and drive academic achievement across multiple grade levels. Utilize digital tools and resources to support students effectively in a virtual classroom setting. Required Skills Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in virtual formats. Capacity to make learning engaging and interactive, with a focus on student-centered methodologies. Familiarity with special education and the ability to support students with learning disabilities is highly desirable. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Strong adaptability in teaching approaches to meet the varied needs of the class. Must be able to successfully complete a background check if required.
