Job Description

VP, Growth Office Leader will be a key figure in our Growth executive leadership team. They will be charged with steering the organization's sales and account management initiatives to new heights. This role requires a visionary leader adept at aligning business goals with robust sales strategies, process optimization, and data-driven insights. They will provide strategic support to sales leaders in budget setting, target list development, and performance tracking while driving seamless client transitions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Their expertise will guide the standardization of processes, governance of data quality, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to optimize sales outcomes and enhance decision-making. Collaborating across functions, they will act as a catalyst for innovation, oversee comprehensive training programs, and lead the development of sales enablement strategies. A champion of talent, they will mentor and nurture a dynamic team, both direct reports and with dotted line reports in the various geographies, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic objectives. By weaving the Concentrix Culture into daily practices and spearheading the coordination of client transitions and Executive Sponsorship, you will ensure excellence in our growth endeavors.
