PR Volt has grown 2.5x this year, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven part-time Recruitment Manager to join our team. At PR Volt, we’re transforming the public relations industry with cutting-edge technology and automation. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations & Product, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our hiring efforts and play a key role in our fast-growing company. What You’ll Do: • Own the applicant funnel from sourcing to final hiring manager interviews for all open positions. • Optimize job posting strategies and identify the most effective platforms for sourcing top talent. • Track and report on the performance of job openings and hiring metrics. • Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices and industry trends to enhance our processes. • Drive efficiencies and implement automation tools to streamline recruitment operations. • Advise on HR best practices as we scale. What We’re Looking For: • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment management, with a strong focus on optimizing processes. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy HR, Workable, or similar). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. • Expertise in creating automations and driving operational efficiency. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience working asynchronously in a fully remote environment. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment, being scrappy, resourceful, persistent, and positive.
