Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary duties will encompass: • Reviewing extensive volumes of medical evaluations • Accurately inputting data into our established database • Effectively communicating with internal team members • Ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information • Interpreting and paying careful attention to medical terminology • Executing all data entry tasks with exceptional precision • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics for data management Required Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Excellent typing and data entry capabilities, emphasizing accuracy • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain systematic filing structures • Outstanding customer service abilities • Professional and articulate email communication • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to multitask • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Qualifications • A prior background in an educational or healthcare environment is advantageous, though not mandatory • Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is preferred, yet not required
