Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer-Admin to join our team. Employer asks for I-9 information. JOB SUMMARY This role demands proficiency in a range of technologies and methodologies, including CI/CD and solution architecture. This position will be key in optimizing the IT service management processes and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. QUALIFICATIONS · Minimum of four (4) years of experience in ServiceNow development, including App Engine (scoped applications), portal development, and system integration with ServiceNow. · Minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing process improvements. · Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. · Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. · Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations. · In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. · Solid understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. · Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools for continuous integration. · Ability to work effectively in a team setting while being self-driven and motivated. · Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is preferred. · ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or ITIL certifications are preferred. · A background in systems engineering is preferred. · Familiarity with threat intelligence concepts is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES · Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Utilize script fields or Visual Studio Code for front-end development to enhance user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. · Integrate third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs to ensure smooth data flow between systems. · Participate in the solution architecture process to design scalable and efficient systems. · Implement CI/CD practices to streamline deployment processes and improve software quality. · Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. · Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise. · Provide admin support the Service Now platform and associated systems · Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow development.
