Job Overview We are looking for a committed and meticulous Pharmacy Technician to become a vital member of our innovative remote contact center team. This position entails managing inbound correspondence tied to the M3P program and providing assistance to members and providers regarding benefits and coverage determinations. You will excel in a dynamic environment where timely responses are essential, addressing urgent inquiries within 24 hours and standard inquiries within 72 hours. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound mail related to the M3P program. • Provide support to members and providers with inquiries regarding benefits and coverage decisions. • Ensure urgent inquiries are resolved within 24 hours and standard inquiries within 72 hours. • Maintain precise records and documentation as required. • Engage in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Required Skills • Retail Pharmacy Experience: A minimum of 2 years. • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with typing, Outlook, Excel, and other essential software tools. • Pharmacy Knowledge: A solid understanding of medication names and classifications. • Exceptional Customer Service: Proficient in delivering high-quality service and communication. • Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness are critical for this role. • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. • Adaptability: A positive attitude towards change and a willingness to learn. Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. • History of providing excellent customer service. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred but not mandatory.
