Key Responsibilities Abstract and code patient information from medical records Ensure compliance with the standards set by various target registries Required Skills A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Capability to sustain an inter-rater reliability (IRR) score of 98% or higher Prior experience in remote work is preferred Availability for no less than 60 abstraction hours each month Qualifications Relevant clinical data abstraction experience Solid understanding of healthcare data management practices
