Responsibilities: Financial Audit and Investigation: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our books to identify missing funds and provide detailed insights into our financial records, including Amazon FBA-related transactions. The successful candidate will investigate documented discrepancies and work with us to resolve any identified issues. Amazon FBA Financial Management: Help us manage and optimize financial aspects related to our Amazon FBA operations, including inventory reconciliation, fees, cash flow specific to FBA, and understanding any financial reporting from Amazon. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop a strategic financial plan that supports our company’s growth and stability, accounting for the specifics of Amazon FBA cash flow, sales cycles, and fees. This will include cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. Securing Financing and Lines of Credit: Assist us in obtaining additional funding by preparing financial statements, crafting compelling financial presentations, and applying for company lines of credit and loans. The ideal candidate will have experience with SBA loans and other business financing options, along with a strong track record in obtaining credit lines for growth. Monthly Reporting and Transparency: Provide clear and actionable reports that explain our financial status, particularly in relation to Amazon FBA operations, in a way that’s easy for our team to understand.
