Qualifications Active certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired in Washington State or the ability to obtain it. Current Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification is mandatory. A minimum of two years of experience in an educational setting, with a preference for those experienced in virtual teaching environments. Bachelor's degree in Education is required.
