In our Concentrix Catalyst team, you will work with the engine that powers the experience design and engineering capabilities will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that improve outcomes and value for our clients. We are looking for a Lead SRE/Dev Ops Engineer to join our team! While you will not have direct reports, we are looking for someone who can help steer the team and mentor the more junior resources. Cloud experience with Azure is important, and application security would be helpful in this team setting. This is a remote, work-at-home opportunity in the US, supporting the MST time zone. We can sponsor H1B candidates but cannot consider C2C resources. Qualifications: • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Dev Ops role • Experience with Application Security • An understanding of Availability Regions/Networking Concepts Required Skills: • Experience with Azure Dev Ops – Release and build pipelines (Jenkins) • Experience maintaining AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure • Experience with infrastructure automation and container orchestration tools - Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Templates, Helm • Experience with concepts related to computer architecture, data structures, and programming practices • Must have debugging skills • Deep working knowledge of servers and networking • Experience with monitoring/logging solutions like Datadog, ELK, Prometheus • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools like Gitlab CI/Argo workflow/Argo CD • Experience with modern cloud development practices (microservices architectures, REST interfaces) • Able to mentor team members • Experience working in an Agile environment • Cloud Certifications are preferred Location: USA, NE, Work-at-Home Concentrix is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer including Disabled/Vets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
