IT Project Coordinator - Junior

This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has strong communication and multitasking skills. • Coordinate Software development processes and operational activities • Distribute tasks in teams, facilitate interaction between departments, coordinate communication between teams, and participate in meetings •... Prioritize tasks/requests, and determine deadlines • Refine and maintain the existing information in task tables • Motivate the team and maintain a healthy emotional atmosphere • Manage and distribute the workload among team members • Identify and resolve issues quickly • Perform onboarding & setup for new team members • Communicate with users on technical issues • Write task descriptions & bug reports. • Identify potential problems, and initiate discussions to brainstorm the optimal solution. Requirements: • No experience/minimal experience 0.5 years in IT Project manager role • Confident PC user with knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/Sheets • Ability to multitask, combined with a proactive and initiative-taking attitude • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with the Agile/Scrum process • Technical training and knowledge of Jira, Moqups, and Figma. • Deep understanding of SDLC • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • English comprehension: Upper-Intermediate + • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Benefits: • Unique experiences and non-standard tasks • An opportunity to explore a new profession • Paid vacation and sick leave, as well as short Fridays in the summer • The opportunity to improve your English with native speakers • Competitive compensation based on your experience and skills.
