Ecommerce Executive (Virtual Assistant )
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Ecommerce Executive to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our ecommerce operations across various platforms, including Shopify and Magento, and assisting with marketplace management on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more... Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Operations: Assist with backend management of Shopify and Magento stores, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. Marketplace Management: Help manage product listings, inventory, and performance metrics across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Product Uploading & Optimization: Upload and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales. Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products. Chat Support: Provide excellent customer service through live chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues... promptly. Social Media Optimization: Contribute to social media strategies by generating content ideas, posting, and engaging with our audience. Qualifications: Must be a graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or BCA. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of market trends and ecommerce best practices. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
