Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a full time Customer Service Sales Representative position. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the Gunnison County communities... that we serve by promoting the superior customer service of our agency. We then support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As a Customer Service Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of our office as well as grow your own earning potential! Responsibilities: · Answer phones / Respond to voicemails · Work renewal and policy alerts within agency systems · Assist current customers with payments, policy changes, etc · Set up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews · Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity!
