Remote Customer Care Specialist - Las Vegas

The CLEAR Member Care Specialist supports our customers' membership needs through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. They represent CLEAR's values while providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal members. What You'll Do... • Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions • Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen CLEAR's relationship with members • Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling CLEAR products and services What You're Great At: • Customer obsessed • You have an absolute passion for ensuring a great member experience with every contact. • An expert in delivering effective solutions and identifying problems • A strong written and verbal communicator • Positive attitude & friendly demeanor • Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.
