Responsibilities • Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types. • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use. • Manage custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and compliant with health standards. • Execute housekeeping management tasks to organize cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks effectively. • Sanitate bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Skills • Proficiency in cleaning techniques and cleaning equipment operation. • Experience in residential cleaning with a keen eye for detail. • Knowledge of custodial practices in both residential and commercial environments. • Familiarity with housekeeping management principles to streamline cleaning processes. • Ability to sanitize effectively using appropriate products and methods. • Strong floor care skills including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various surfaces. • Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
