Product and Content Specialist

This team plays a critical role in designing and developing our AI-based business presentation platform and content, ultimately empowering millions to achieve clear and impactful communication. We seek a highly motivated and innovative individual to support customer-facing products and services that deliver measurable value. This high-visibility role requires frequent interaction with leadership and collaboration across data, customer success, and service teams in both India and the US. We offer a competitive salary, industry-defining work, and the chance to work with the best. ?Responsibilities: • Product Strategy & Storytelling: • Collaborate with engineering and Machine Learning teams to define product requirements • Leverage data and user feedback to shape product direction • Content Creation & Management: • Build, maintain, and grow... best-in-class content (presentations, learning assets, ML-powered exercises, tips, and tricks) • Curate high-quality presentations showcasing management consulting expertise • Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely through writing and visuals • Data Analysis & Insights: • Build and analyze performance dashboards to generate business insights • Translate customer feedback and industry research into actionable product improvements Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Associate in strategy/management consulting • Industry experience in healthcare and/or high-tech is a plus • Excellent storytelling, slide-making, and communication skills • Understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI • Comfort with data wrangling using languages like SQL, R, or Python • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel • Strong interest in visual design • Team player with a disciplined approach and a keen eye for detail About Prezent: Prezent is a VC-funded AI-powered communication productivity platform for enterprise teams.
