Commercial Pricing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Manager to work closely with our Executive leaders and regional leadership team to develop the internal financial strategy... and review total cost of ownership pricing models.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership support to ensure strategic client-related initiatives are accurate and timely.

  • Lead and facilitate global alignment with local pricing teams.
  • Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geos.
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership and Business Development teams to manage and propose responses to client-generated RFPs.
  • Lead and facilitate project pricing, value add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review, and process improvement functions.
  • Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards.
  • Support client negotiations from a financial perspective.
  • Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company.
  • Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective.
