Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound inquiries with professionalism and care. • Accurately enter and update customer data within our systems. • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently using Microsoft Outlook. • Create and edit documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to support team initiatives. • Handle email correspondence with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner. • Organize and analyze data utilizing Microsoft Excel to inform decision-making. • Acquire knowledge of our virtual products to enhance customer assistance. • Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively. • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines. Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs effectively. • Strong organizational skills in scheduling and calendar management. • A customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing quality service. • Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities with a keen eye for detail. • Effective email management skills to ensure clear communication. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise. • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
