Key Responsibilities: - Be on-call during UK business hours (8am – 5pm GMT/BST, Monday – Friday) to monitor, manage, and resolve support requests via email, phone, and live chat. - Provide a positive, customer-focused experience with an approachable and professional phone manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer... satisfaction. - Learn our products and processes swiftly to provide knowledgeable support.
