As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with passengers, handle their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. 6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 7. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding flights, schedules, and policies. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. 4. Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors. 5. Ensure compliance with all airline and security regulations. 6. Coordinate with other Delta Airlines staff to ensure smooth operations. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
