This 1099 contract position allows you to provide essential teletherapy services to students with special needs, all from your home working space. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct individualized teletherapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs. • Develop, implement, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). • Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to promote student success. • Utilize innovative virtual tools to create engaging and effective lessons. • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as needed. Qualifications: • Valid Special Education certification in New Jersey. • At least 2 years of experience in special education or a related field. • Strong understanding of special education laws and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with technology and virtual teaching platforms.
