Senior Digital/Software Project Manager (Remote, Part-time/Full-time)

The Role: We are offering an exciting one-year contract role for a Senior-level Software/Digital Project Manager to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with a culturally diverse team of developers, UX designers, and fellow Project Managers. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service to our clients. Key... Responsibilities: • Lead client meetings to communicate progress, review priorities, and resolve support requests. • Create and maintain project documentation and plans. • Facilitate daily team meetings, identify impediments, and drive resolutions. • Motivate the team to deliver high-quality work on time. • Oversee the estimation process and continuously monitor budgets. • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing. • Contribute to process improvements and write blog posts. About You: We would love to hear from you if you have: • At least 5 years of project management experience in consultancy or agency, within digital or software environments. • 10+ years of related work experience. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied workloads. • An interest in technology and a willingness to learn. • Been based in the UK for at least the last 5 years.
