Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits! What you will do day to day... • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires. • Using computer skills for data entry. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
