Primary Responsibilities: • Compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements • Support Enterprise ERP System • Pay practice builds • Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements • Change control process of requests through migration to production tenants • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments • Work directly with Client & Informatics to document business requirements & expected results • Participate in on-call rotation with team members for critical off hours issues You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years supporting or implementing ERP Finance or Payroll • Experience working with both operational and IT focused customers • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and individual setting • Ability to travel 10-15% Preferred Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree • 2+ years of Workday Finance, Workday Payroll or Kronos Dimensions operational or technical support experience • Advanced compensation experience • Report building experience • Workday time keeping experience • Accounting center experience • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
