This fully virtual role focuses on case management duties, such as writing IEPs, leading IEP meetings, and working collaboratively with a dedicated Special Education team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Specialized Instruction: Develop and tailor lessons across subjects to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, employing innovative methods to support both academic and social development. • Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with clear goals and strategies to address each student’s unique learning needs, with a particular focus on the Transition section. • Support Behavioral and Emotional Growth: Implement strategies to manage behaviors, foster a positive learning environment, and help students build social skills and emotional resilience. • Collaborate with the Education Team: Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student education, actively participating in meetings and maintaining ongoing communication.
