Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Manage and maintain executives’ appointments and calendars. • Handle email management and organization. • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets. • Manage social media accounts. • Create structure, workflow, and processes. • Research technologies and provide recommendations. • Administer CRM, including updates and data entry. • Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. • Assist with project coordination. • Plan and coordinate events. • Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed. Key Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Available daily (Monday-Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. • Experience in an administrative support role. • In-home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer (with webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Fast and reliable internet connection. • Smartphone with email capabilities. • Designated professional, quiet workspace. Additional Information • This is a 1099 contractor role. • Pay range is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours. Hours and clients are not guaranteed. • All applicants may be subject to a background check before an offer of employment or contract is issued. • We participate in E-Verify.
