Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized online instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with special needs. Create and manage virtual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning plans. Collaborate closely with families, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Utilize assistive technology to enhance learning and engagement for students. Monitor and evaluate student progress in the virtual classroom setting, making adjustments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree is preferred). Valid teaching license in West Virginia with a Special Education endorsement. Experience with online or distance education is a plus. Strong digital skills and proficiency in educational technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
