Key Responsibilities Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for online learning environments. Collaborate with general education teachers to promote inclusive practices and ensure that all students receive the support they need. Conduct online assessments to evaluate student progress using digital tools and adapt teaching strategies to meet each students unique needs. Engage with parents, colleagues, and administrators through video conferencing and other digital platforms to maintain open lines of communication. Manage accurate and organized digital records of student progress, IEPs, and other documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid Wyoming teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. Experience in online or distance learning environments. Strong digital literacy and proficiency with educational technology platforms. Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
