Job Description

American Express is seeking diligent, experienced Virtual Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, tasks coordination, and customer service to enhance business operations. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a world-class organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and emails for multiple executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing necessary documentation and materials.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Assist in project management and task coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word) and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
