Job Description

Delta Airlines is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about flights, services, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with booking, modifications, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
