Job Description

Global Connect Solutions is seeking highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistants to join our vibrant and growing team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our clients and manage their day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of clients
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Conduct internet research and compile data as requested
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and other documentation
• Assist with social media management and content creation
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
