Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be instrumental in providing a superior level of customer service, answering inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
– Management and resolve customer complaints
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Proven customer support experience
– Proficient in relevant computer applications
– Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
– Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
– Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
– Further education in Communications or related fields will be a bonus.
Experience:
