Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our teams in Corpus Christi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support. We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Educational Qualifications
