Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a Part-Time Retail Clerk to join our team in Midland, TX. As a retail clerk, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Job Description:

As a Retail Clerk, your main task will be to ensure customers are always on the top of your priorities. You’ll be their guide to finding the products they need and you’ll provide support with transactions. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities:

– Assist customers with locating products and answering questions

– Stock shelves and maintain product displays

– Operate cash registers and process transactions

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor

– Assist with inventory counts and product ordering

Requirements:

– Exceptional customer service skills

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to stand for extended periods of time

– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

– Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Educational Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Experience:

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
