As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input, update, and manage data in our systems. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Strong attention to detail
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Prior data entry experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
– Inputting data accurately and promptly into the companys database
– Verifying and updating existing data
– Performing regular data backup to ensure data preservation
– Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
– Conducting research to obtain further information for incomplete documents
– Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
– Complying with data integrity and security policies
