Responsibilities
– Conduct pre-flight aircraft inspections and in-flight duties.
– Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations.
– Assist passengers with special needs and address any in-flight concerns.
– Demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensure safety requirements are met.
– Provide premium customer service including food and beverage services.
– Manage conflicts or distressing situations calmly and professionally.
– Administer and coordinate emergency medical care as necessary.
Requirements
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; further education is advantageous.
– Able to pass a rigorous training program.
– Must be fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unassisted.
– Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
– Flexibility to work irregular hours and be on call, including weekends and holidays.
– Pass background checks and drug screenings.
– Valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
Experience
– No previous flight attendant experience is required; however, prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
– Experience working in a high-pressure or emergency management environment can be advantageous.
